Susan is a professional soprano vocalist, harpist and Certified Clinical Musician (CCM). She founded and provides Music Care as a compassionate outreach ministry of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. She is passionate about providing musical beauty and loving presence for people, and brings her Celtic Harp into many healthcare settings. She is certified through the Harp for Healing/Clinical Musician Certification Program (CMCP), accredited by the National Standards Board for Therapeutic Musicians (NSBTM).
Susan created “Serenity Sights & Sounds,” a series of video/audio recordings combining her nature photography and therapeutic harp music, available on her YouTube channel.

Susan partners with Centra/Lynchburg General Hospital & Virginia Baptist Hospital, as well as Westminster Canterbury Lynchburg, and other long-term care communities to provide Music Care for patients and residents.
