Andrea Lynn Cianflone is an award-winning soprano who is most acclaimed for her incomparable vocal ability that spans opera, musical theater, to crossover-popular music. Cianflone sings with a culmination of unmatched theatrical sensitivity, conscientiousness, passion, and warmth that has left a timeless imprint on thousands of audience attendees. Cianflone began her opera career with her first apprenticeship with the Sarasota Opera Company at 22 years old, the youngest singer in the company season at the time. Cianflone was granted the unique opportunity to study with Margherita Rinaldi (soprano of Teatro alla Scala) and Valentino Barcellesi in Italy. Cianflone has performed in operatic works such as Pagliacci, Stiffelio, Don Giovanni, Cavalleria Rusticana, and Lakmé. She has been brought to the national spotlight through interviews, performances, and guest appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS, Lifetime, Sirius Satellite and a National Anthem performance at an NFL Game. Cianflone has been awarded many honors including the American Composer’s Forum Encore Grant, Schubert Club Grant, Anna-Maria Saritelli-DiPanni Bel Canto Voice Scholarship, the Metropolitan Opera National Council Minnesota District Encouragement Award, and Two Consecutive First Place Thursday Musical Voice Competition Awards.

Cianflone has been sought out as guest soloist to perform world-premiere works, including such performances at the prestigious Carnegie Hall Stern/Perelman Auditorium and Weill Recital Hall. One of her Carnegie Hall performances was praised by New York Concert Review: “The second section, with Ms. Cianflone’s soaring voice was the listener’s favorite.” Additionally, Cianflone premiered the role of “Rachel” in the musical Neighbors and the role of “Maria Callas” in the play/musical La Divina produced by Minnesota Concert Opera.

Cianflone is a frequent recitalist and has also performed in a variety of concerts, including guest soloist for "Et misericordia" from John Rutter's Magnificat produced by Manhattan Concert Productions (MCP), Saint Patrick's Cathedral Chamber Concert Series in New York City, IDS Center Underglass Series, Art Song Preservation Society, Beato Fra Angelico Fine Arts Series, and the Schubert Club Courtroom Concert Series.
