Board certified music therapist since 2000, working mainly with mental health, older adult, medical and palliative care populations. Currently leading the team of music therapists at Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt lake City. Interested in research, patient-centered clinical care and furthering the professions of music therapists/arts in health care providers. Entering into the Professional Masters of Healthcare Administration program at the University of Utah in Fall 2021. Just provided clinical work for a study involving group drumming for fatigue and anxiety in patients in cancer treatment.
