Jan Idzikowski

45+ years career as a Physician Associate in orthopedics and Hand surgery. I became certified in performing arts medicine, having treated amateur and professional musicians, dancers and stage performers. I now own a consultation firm where I act as medical liaison for performing artists who experience work-related injuries. Collaborating with the appropriate health care providers I direct and monitor care, establishing a common vocabulary, expediting return to peak performance. I also give presentations to community and performance groups about the importance of performing arts wellness, among other specific performance-related injury issues.
