Marcel W. Foster, MPH (they/them) is an arts & health evaluator and faculty with the University of Florida's Center for Arts in Medicine. They have supported evaluation efforts with Creative Forces: NEA Military Healing Arts Network, TimeSlips, Counter Narrative Project, and Out of Hand Theater. As an alumni of Interlochen Arts Academy, they studied Piano and Theater, and received a BFA in theater with the University Minnesota/Guthrie Theater program.
