Patrick Paulus is an artist and cultural advocate who is credited with coining the literary term "sound deserts"; geographic areas where people have limited access to sound created with their well-being in mind. He has a passion for lifelong learning, works to ensure accessibility in health & human services, and is inspired by the rich history of "soulful house" dance music in Baltimore, where he has contributed to the development of the multicultural community movement practice since the 1990s.
