Rachel Van Skike

In a world that often emphasizes the division between arts and sciences, I have discovered the remarkable harmony that exists when both realms intertwine. I graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BA in Music (emphasis: voice) in 2017 and worked as both a singer and in administration for Pacific Chorale, a professional choir located in Orange County, CA. In 2023, I graduated from MGH Institute of Health Professions with a BS in Nursing. As a music major-turned-nurse, I have found that the unique blend of left and right-brain thinking cultivated in my musical journey has prepared me for a career in healthcare that demands a balance of intellect and compassion. I have always had a passion for music and have recently found a love for healthcare and would love the opportunity to combine my two worlds.
