Rebecca McClary

I have worked at a state hospital for 27 years as a board certified music therapist. Our hospital serves primarily forensic patients that are incompetent to stand trial. California serves a significant number of the nation's incompetent to stand trial population and yet no standard of IST treatment exists. I now serve in an administrative role as a Program Director and am currently working with 25 state hospitals across the US to develop a standard of treatment, especially with the integrated arts approaches (art, dance, music, recreation therapies). I would love to work with others toward developing a solid research plan.
