Short biography and a description of your interest(s) in music and health:
I'm a neuroscientist interested in the neural correlates of musical training particularly how musical training can improve brain health in terms of neural reserve and cognitive function. My expertise is in neuroimaging research and cognitive neuroscience. The current focus of my research is cancer-related cognitive impairment and I would like to incorporate music as an intervention for this syndrome. I'm also a musician myself - I play drumset and guitar.
